Waitoki Washhouse Gin – with FRESH Rhubarb – is distilled using a blend of traditional botanicals of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root & New Zealand native botanicals of Kawakawa & Horopito, plus fresh grapefruit & orange. After distillation, the original recipe is steeped with fresh, locally grown rhubarb for a sweet, but decadent, fruity finish.
